Daylight Saving Tips:
⏰ Check your alarms before you go to bed.
⏰ Your phone changes time automatically, but don't forget your stove, microwave, and car (depending on your model).
⏰ Getting in the habit of checking the batteries in your smoke/carbon monoxide alarms during Daylight Saving Time is a great way to keep up with it!
⏰ Getting to sleep/waking up after the time change can be rough. This is a great time to start healthy sleep habits!
1. Don't eat large meals right before bedtime.
2. Turn off your phone/TV 30 minutes before your bedtime.
3. Avoid caffeine late in the afternoon.
4. Don't hit snooze! Studies show that snoozing actually makes you more groggy throughout the day than if you woke up with your first alarm.
