Congratulations to Bill W. Hopkins, Jr., director of Fayetteville City Schools, recipient of the 2022 Blue Ribbon Schools of Excellence (BRSE) Superintendent Award, which was presented Friday, Dec. 2, during the 23^rd Annual Blue Ribbon Schools of Excellence National Conference. Mr. Hopkins is only the third superintendent in the nation to be recognized with this prestigious award!
