  • Help us manage our workload by creating tickets! Don’t assume we know about a problem.  If you don’t report it it can’t be fixed.


How to Submit an IT Request

  • 1. Click the HELP Button

    To report a technology issue, please submit a request using the 'Report Technology Problems' icon on your computer's desktop (see example below).

    IT request tickets can only be submitted using our internal network.

    2. Login
    Your login info will be the same as your student/employee email login.


    3. Select Your Issue Type

    Select an Issue


    4. Describe Your Issue

    You will then be prompted to describe your issue, select your location, select the severity of the issue, etc. based on the issue type you choose (see example below).

    5. Submit

    Once you create a ticket, a member of the IT department will be in touch. You will recieve a confirmation email once the request is submitted and another email once the request has been completed.
