21st CCLC Grant Application Notice

NOTICE OF INTENT TO SUBMIT AN APPLICATION FOR THE 2024-25 21ST CENTURY COMMUNITY LEARNING CENTERS (CCLC) GRANT 

Fayetteville City Schools is seeking to obtain federal funding through 21st Century Community Learning Centers for the purpose of administering an after school program at Ralph Askins Elementary. The funding will be expended to support and improve academic enrichment, youth development, and family support to the students and families of Ralph Askins, predominantly those who have at-risk needs. These services will be provided to help Fayetteville City students meet state and local standards in core content areas. The 21st CCLC grant is awarded for five years based on a competitive application process.

The overall goal of the 21st Century Community Learning Centers is to provide Tennessee students with opportunities for academic enrichment, youth development and family support during non-school hours. These centers provide a broad array of services, programs, and activities that are designed to reinforce and complement the regular academic program.
