    Dear Students, Parents, Staff and Community, We are delighted to announce that the Fayetteville High School Boys’ Basketball Team has advanced to the Boys’ State Basketball Tournament. The Tigers are among the top 8 Class A teams in the state of Tennessee!!!! They will play Humboldt High School at MTSU in Murfreesboro on Thursday, March 14 at 6:00 p.m. The winner will advance to play on Friday, March 15 at 6:00 p.m. The championship game will be held on Saturday.     Read Across America Week is Next Week! Dr. Seuss turns 115! We have lots of fun activities planned. Dress Up Days: 🌈 Monday - Many Colored Days - Dress in as many colors as you can. 📖 Tuesday - Cat in the Hat Day - Dress as a Dr. Seuss character or any other book character. 🙃 Wednesday - Wacky Wednesday - Wear your wildest, wackiest, mismatched clothes. 🍳 Thursday - Spring Picture Day - We will have Green Eggs and Ham for lunch to celebrate Dr. Seuss's famous book. 😴 Friday - I Am Not Going To Get Up Today - Wear your favorite PJs. We will have a Dr. Seuss birthday treat compliments of First National Bank. *We will have a mystery reader each day sharing an excerpt from a Dr. Seuss book.

  • Toy Drive and Critter Campaign

    The Annual Toy Drive & Critter Campaign IS GOING ON NOW! When students bring in toys or pet items, their names will go into a drawing for the Victor Award! On Friday, November 30th a winner from each grade will be drawn. The winners will ride on Victor’s float during the Annual Christmas Parade on December 1st at 5 PM as Mini Victors! Annual Lincoln County Toy Drive organized by the Fayetteville Fire Department, Fayetteville Rotary Club, and The Elk Valley Times. The Critter Campaign benefits the local Humane Society.
