Monday, September 29 – 1 min, 3 min, & 5 min. timings

Tuesday, September 30 – 15, 30, & 45 second sprints

Wednesday, October 1 – Technique Checkpoint

Thursday, October 2 – Technique Checkpoint

Friday, October 3 – Catch up day!

***Everyone needs to be finished with all lessons up through lesson

20 by the end of the 1^st nine weeks!

Make sure you are keeping up with the class, if you get to

far behind your grade will be affected.
