 Complete the article and analyze the by a K-w-L chart

Students will finish their test for the second books for the nine weeks

 

Tuesday

Bellringer-making inferences

Students will be introduced to new vocabulary words

Students will define and complete the symbol chart for the story

Students will begin reading the story

Students are to be reading independently at home

 

Wednesday

Students will create a symbol for something that represents their family or themselves

Students will continue to read the story

HW-continue to read independently

Complete story and review for test

Writing students will write a letter in first person using the RAFT method

Students will continue to write their rafts which will be due on Monday
