FIS Announcements:



  a.. FIS Boy's Basketball Tryouts - May 17th and 18th from 3:00 - 4:30 - for next year's 5th and 6th graders
  b.. FJHS Girl's Soccer Tryouts - May 17th and 18th - for next year's 6th graders
  c.. Wednesday, May 19th - 6th Grade Career Day
  d.. FIS Girl's Basketball Tryouts - May 20th and 21st from 3:00 - 4:30 - for next year's 5th and 6th graders
  e.. Friday, May 21st - Concessions - each item 50 cents

Upcoming Events:

  a.. Tuesday, May 25th - Fun Day/Annual Day
  b.. Wednesday, May 26th - 5th Grade Field Trip to the Space and Rocket Center in Huntsville
  c.. Thursday, May 27th - Awards Day - 8:00 am
  d.. Thursday, May 27th - Cook Out/Movie
  e.. Friday, May 28th - Last day of school - students may come in and pick up report cards.  Buses will run at 9:30.
  f.. Tuesday, June 1st - FAST begins at FIS
  g.. Saturday, June 12th - RUN FOR ELLA benefiting Jules Mayes - It is a 1 mile fun run and a 5K trail run at the Cotton Mill Preserve.  For more information or to register online you may go to www.runforella.com.
